your child is not generating enough force into the ground to sprint faster right now. That is a strength problem first, not a speed problem. At Grindhäus, we will build him lower-body strength and hinge power through coached squats, RDLs, and sled pushes, then layer in sprint mechanics once the engine is there. Stronger athletes accelerate faster — that is the exact path we will put your child on.
your child's jump numbers show there is power left on the table. We will teach him to absorb and produce force through structured plyometric progressions — jumps, bounds, and hops — built on top of a strength base. Power is trainable, and we will develop it step by step so it shows up in his sport.
your child's push-up and hang scores show he needs more relative strength and the work capacity to hold positions under fatigue. We will use bodyweight and loaded progressions, coached closely, to build him up without rushing it. Stronger athletes do not get pushed around — that is what we are developing in your child.
Every one of these is trained inside the Grindhäus Athlete Training program.
